The Renton City Council will meet at 7 p.m. Monday for its regular council meeting, preceded by a committee of the whole meeting.

On the agenda is a proclamation naming September “Ready in Renton Month” and three public hearings on annexation areas: The Alpine Nursery Annexation, the Colacurcio Annexation and the Maertins Annexation.

In the consent agenda are appointments to the Planning Commission and City Center Community Plan Advisory Board, among other things.

The Committee of the whole will meet at 6 p.m. in the Seventh Floor Conferencing Center. On that agenda is emerging issues in finance and the second quarter financial report. both are briefings only.
