I was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska, and moved to Seattle, when I was a child. I am 19 years old. My long-term goal is to graduate from RTC’s Culinary Arts program and open up my own Mexican or Chinese restaurant. My goal is also to be certified by the American Culinary Federation and to become a Certified Master Chef is my goal. I am a third-quarter student and currently learning different methods of cooking in my studies doing my line-cook station at Renton Technical College. Some of my hobbies are spending time with friends and playing video games.
