We are enthusiastically supporting David Tracy for King County District Court Judge Southeast No. 6 position. We have known him for nearly 30 years and have been favorably impressed with his character and integrity. He has helped members of his extended family by providing a home and support for a nephew and niece (not his own children). We knew him most extensively in his service to the community as an adult leader in the Boy Scouts. He has served in many other roles as a community activist, as well.

One of the most notable of his activities is his work with the South King County Legal Clinic for more than 20 years, to provide free legal advice to seniors and others.

David Tracy is an extremely experienced candidate in this race. He has served as a King County pro tem judge for 30 years. Consistently, he is asked over and over again to serve as a pro tem judge in the absence of the sitting judge. David Tracy has heard thousands of cases and he has presided over more than 10 0 jury trials. David served for six years as a municipal court judge.

People often do not vote in the judicial races. They may feel that the selection of a judge is complex. However, with this candidate, we have an easy, straight-forward opportunity to elect a candidate that has integrity and vast knowledge and experience in the position.
