It’s duck season again in Renton!
As part of the lead-up to the 28th Annual IKEA Renton River Days on July 26-28 at Liberty Park, 30 ducks have been scattered at businesses around the city, waiting to be found by duck hunters in search of fun and prizes.
This year’s theme is “‘A Midsummer Flight’s Dream’ by William Drakespeare.”
To join the fun, print out a game card from the Renton Reporter website or Facebook page or the Renton River Days Facebook page. Then, solve each clue as it is revealed, find the duck and get your game card stamped and turn it in to the Duck Hunt booth at River Days for your chance to win great prizes.
Each of the clues this year will be a four-line verse that ends in an auditioning duck’s location — except that the location has been scrambled! The number of letters in each word of the location are shown in parentheses. When you have the right location, the clue will rhyme.
