Beginning June 29, people looking to adopt a new pet or retrieve a lost one will soon have even more opportunities to search the King County Animal shelter in Kent.
The shelter will now be open to the public seven days a week, with expanded evening hours during the week and a full day of service on Sundays for the first time.
The new Kent Animal Shelter hours are:
• Mondays, 3 p.m. – 7 p.m.
• Tuesdays through Fridays, 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.
• Saturdays and Sundays, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
