Elected officials and staff with the state transportation department will meet in Renton Wednesday to discuss the feasibility of adding up to two express toll lanes to I-405 that would connect with HOT lanes on SR 167.
The meeting is 1:30 p.m.-4 p.m. at the Renton City Council chambers, seventh floor, Renton City Hall, 1055 South Grady Way.
The meeting agenda includes information on corridor traffic performance and a discussion of tolling study options. The public can attend and make brief comments.
The transportation department will host public meetings and events to gather public comment. Public input will be included in a report to the Governor and the Legislature in January 2010.
