The Renton boys basketball team sealed a trip to the district tournament with a 52-51 win against Bonney Lake Feb. 20.

The Indians (11-11) played an extremely tight contest. The scoring was even in every quarter except the second (14-13 Renton advantage).

Achoki Moikobu and Hanley Shum each scored 15 points to lead Renton. Darrin Briggs added 14.

Renton plays Clover Park in a loser-out game Feb. 26 at 6 p.m. at Auburn High School.
