This weekend’s high school football slate gets started a little early this weekend as Lindbergh kicks off tonight at 7 p.m. against Kennedy Catholic at Renton Memorial Stadium.
Lindbergh is coming off their first loss of the season at the hands of Cascade Christian. Lindbergh is 3-1 overall on the season and 1-0 in the Seamount. Kennedy is 4-0 overall.
Renton plays at home Friday against Foster. Renton picked up their first win of the season last week, a 52-0 victory over Evergreen. They are 1-3 on the year and 1-1 in the Seamount. Foster is 1-3 and coming off an overtime win over Hazen. The game begins at 7 p.m. and is also Renton High School’s Homecoming game.
Hazen travels to Sunset Chev Stadium in Sumner on Saturday for a 7 p.m. matchup with Cascade Christian. Last week, the Highlanders rallied for 13 points in the fourth quarter to tie up their game, but fell in overtime to Foster. They’re 1-3 on the season and 1-1 in the Seamount. Cascade Christian is coming off a victory over Lindbergh.
