The Seattle Seahawks revealed more details about the open training camp sessions starting in August.
One item the team released is the full schedule of practices.
August 3, the first day of practice, features two sessions. The first is at 8:45 a.m. and the second is at 6:45 p.m. There are practices every day the rest of the first week except Wednesday.
August 9 is the only Sunday with practices. There will be two sessions that day. The team will hold a pair of practices at Husky Stadium August 7 and 18, each starts at 6:45 p.m.
August 11 is the only other day with two open sessions. On the remaining dates (August 4, 6, 10, 13 and 17) there is a single open practice starting at 3:30 p.m.
According to the Seahawks.com, each practice will last roughly two hours.
Remember that parking is not available at the VMAC or surrounding neighborhoods. All registered camp-goers must park at The Landing in Renton and ride the shuttle.
Online registration begins July 16 at 10 a.m. on Seahawks.com.

Check-in
Registrants must check-in at The Seahawks Training Camp Parking and Transportation Center at The Landing. Bring photo ID to confirm registration and get camp wristbands. Children under 16 must be with and adult and children under three do not need to be registered. There is a $5 transportation fee. Check-in will begin about 45 minutes before the practice is scheduled to start.
Husky Stadium practices
For the two practices held at Husky Stadium, registrants must drive and park at any number of lots surrounding the stadium. There will be no check-in for these practices. There is no transportation fee.
