The Valley SWAT Team has located and arrested a third suspect involved in a residential burglary that occurred in the 19000 block of 113th Way SE at 12:20 this afternoon.
Repeated orders to “come out” on a public address system did not convince the suspect to exit the house; when no one came out, a robot and cameras were used to search the house before police made entry.
Once inside, officers heard movement in the attic crawl space and continued to order the suspect to come out. When no one exited, CS gas was placed into the area to encourage the suspect to come down; he eventually did so and was arrested.
It was initially believed that two suspects were in the attic, but a search by SWAT did not locate a fourth suspect.
The suspects are two men aged 20 and 21 from Seattle and a 32 year old male who lives in Renton. They will be booked at the SCORE Jail on charges of Felony Investigation of Burglary. A white SUV-type vehicle associated with the suspects has been impounded for evidence.
Renton Police officers, the Valley SWAT Team, and a Lynnwood Police K9 Unit assisted with this incident. 192nd Street and the surrounding streets are now open.

UPDATE 6:45 p.m.:
Police and SWAT team members completed a search of the house in question, located in the Chinquapin neighborhood, and did not find a fourth suspect.
The third suspect was located by police dogs in the attic and taken into custody around 5 p.m. SWAT teams continued to search the house for a possible fourth suspect, but no one was found in the house.
Shortly after 6 p.m. SWAT teams began pulling out.
UPDATE 5:15 p.m.:
Two suspects in a burglary are now in custody, found when a K9 unit led Renton SWAT officers to the attic of the house they attempted to burglarize.
The last suspect was taken into custody at about 5 p.m. at the home on Southeast 192nd Street. Police have been at the scene for about 2 1/2 hours.
The two suspects had run from the house but then returned, working their way to the attic.
The SWAT officers were training nearby and had responded quickly to the scene.
ORIGINAL STORY
Renton Police officers responded to a report by a neighbor that a male suspect was trying to kick in the door of a nearby house.
One suspect, a black male adult, was located fleeing from the residence and was taken into custody. Another person of interest, the owner of a white SUV-type vehicle associated with the burglars, is a person of interest and is being questioned by police.
A third suspect is believed to still be inside the residence, which is surrounded by SWAT personnel who happened to be training in the area and arrived on scene very quickly.
Police have been in contact with the owner of the house, who was not home at the time of the incident, and have confirmed that no one has permission to be in the residence.
Southeast 192nd Street, between 110th Avenue and 116th Avenue is closed to traffic at this time. Those who live in the area are asked to delay returning home, or to remain inside their residence unless otherwise notified by police.
