Vernon S. Millmann

Vernon S. Millmann, 80, of Roseburg, Oregon, born June 20, 1935 in Hecker, Illinois, died March 9, 2016 at Roseburg, Oregon.

Vernon served in the U.S. Air Force and was preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Catharine, nee Hyland, Millmann; two brothers, Paul and Louis H. Millmann; a sister-in-law, Hilda Millmann.

Surviving are his wife, Phyllis, nee Gaines, Millmann, whom he married Roseburg in 1984, three daughters and one son, Susan (Brian) Sargent of Woodinville, WA, Beverly Millmann of Seattle, WA, Anne Carter of Renton, WA; one son, David Millmann of Renton, WA; five grandchildren, Erich (Lauren) Ocean, Kevin (Wendi) Boden, Jenny (Brandon) Haggard, Kai (Michael) Herrera, and Brandon Millmann; twelve great-grandchildren, Caleb, Pascal, Atlas Ocean; Tyra, Isaiah, Oliver, Lydia, Parker, Josiah Boden; Brady, Bryce, Brooke Haggard, and nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The funeral service will be held Friday, March 18th at 2 p.m. at Roseburg Memorial Gardens in Roseburg, Oregon.
