Students across RSD commemorated the life and legacy of Martin Luther King Jr. last week.

Students across Renton School District celebrated the life and legacy of Martin Luther King Jr. throughout last week.

Honey Dew Elementary School conducted an assembly where students performed songs and recited speeches on Friday, Jan. 13. Students at Talbot Hill Elementary performed songs and presentations after their MicroSociety inauguration on Thursday, Jan. 12.

All RSD schools are closed on Monday, Jan. 16 in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
