Hyatt Regency Lake Washington announced Michael Demeule as Chef de Cuisine at the recently-opened Water’s Table, the hotel’s signature restaurant.
Demeule will oversee kitchen operations for the 236-seat restaurant and will work under executive chef Vincent Savignano. He has worked at other Hyatt hotels in Austin, Atlanta, Minneapolis and the Bahamas.
Restaurants, businesses and food service providers can securely store their food starting the evening of Nov. 22.
