Hyatt Regency Lake Washington announces new chef de cuisine

Michael Demeule will be responsible for kitchen operations at the 236-seat Water’s Table restaurant.

Hyatt Regency Lake Washington announced Michael Demeule as Chef de Cuisine at the recently-opened Water’s Table, the hotel’s signature restaurant.

Demeule will oversee kitchen operations for the 236-seat restaurant and will work under executive chef Vincent Savignano. He has worked at other Hyatt hotels in Austin, Atlanta, Minneapolis and the Bahamas.
