A 64-year-old Renton man was killed at about 2 a.m. Friday morning in a single vehicle accident on State Route 900 in May Valley, according to the Washington State Patrol.

The man’s identity was not immediately released, pending notification of his family by the King County Medical Examiner’s Office.

The victim was westbound on SR 900, the Renton Issaquah Highway, just west of 174th Place Southeast when his 1976 pick-up truck rolled multiple times, struck a fence and came to rest on its top, according to the state patrol.

The cause is under investigation.
