The Renton hotel was named Hospitality Development of the Year.
The Hyatt Regency Lake Washington recently was named Hospitality Development of the Year by the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association Washington Chapter.
The award was given out at the 2017 Night of the Stars ceremony on Nov. 3.
From “Moana” to “The Lion King” to “Alice in Wonderland,” Renton’s youngest performers can sing, dance and act with local theater company Kettleworks Performing Arts.
“I live in the Highlands so I wanted a coffee shop up here,” said owner Laura LoPresti.
