Eagles baseball team soar high, winning second game of the season

The team won their second game of the season against Evergreen High School on April 3.

Lindbergh High School

The Lindbergh baseball team won their second game of the season against Evergreen High School on April 3 at Lindbergh High School.

The final score of the game was 16-1, with the Eagles taking the win.

The Eagles had 22 hits and Evergreen had four hits during the game. Lindbergh took the lead early on in the first inning with eight runs.

The second inning wasn’t much different with seven runs for the Eagles. Lindbergh finished the game with one last run in the fourth inning.

For this season, the Eagles have a team total batting average of 0.765 and a total of 26 hits as well.

Hazen High School

The Hazen Highlanders have had a tough season so far with no wins and five losses.
