Evelyn Maxine (Rowe) Baldwin, 93, passed peacefully surrounded by family on July 25, 2018 at Heartwood Extended Healthcare in Tacoma.

Maxine was born in Auburn,WA on April 9, 1925 to Floyd and Minnie Cooper. She graduated from Renton High School. Maxine married William Rowe and raised three children in Renton. Roxy Nivens(Lanny), Vicki Ward(David), William Rowe(Nancy). Maxine’s focus in life was always her family. She was always very proud of her children, grandchildren, and her great-grandchildren. Maxine has four grandsons, Wil Sanford(Michelle), Bob Rowe(Brina), Brent Sanford, and Matt Rowe. Six great grandchildren, Josie Sanford, Billy Rowe, Adrian Sanford, Sidney Sanford, Braxton Sanford, and Triston Sanford. They all loved their Noni.

Maxine also enjoyed spending time with her sister Peggy Franz(Pete), and her brother Ken Cooper(Irene). She always looked forward to her visits with her niece, Robin Gibson.

Maxine spent her later years with her long time companion and friend Bill Diamond. They had much happiness and and enjoyed life together for the past 25 years.

Maxine will always be remembered for her kindness, thoughtfullness, and heartfelt wisdom.
