Hazen finished fourth out of eight teams behind Kentwood, Tahoma, and Kent-Meridian at the North Puget Sound League Championships Tournament last weekend.
The Highlanders finished ahead of Kentlake, Kentridge, Kennedy and Mount Rainier.
Eight athletes qualified for the WIAA 4A Region 3 Championships and two earned alternate spots.
