Renton shopping center The Landing, has announced its tenants have started re-opening for business.

The reopening follows King County moving ahead under Phase 2 of Governor Jay Inslee’s “Safe Start” plan, with retailers operating at 30 percent occupancy and restaurants operating at 50 percent occupancy (indoor or outdoor) with tables six feet apart.

Each retailer and restaurant will determine when it will re-open and what its operating hours will be, according to a release from The Landing. Shoppers are encouraged to call or visit the websites of each retailer or restaurant for details.

A number of tenants will also continue to offer curbside pickup and delivery options, and may have varying hours.

“Our retailers and restaurants are incredibly happy to be given the go-ahead to re-open their doors to the public and welcome guests back into their establishments,” Heath McCue with Vestar, the real estate company that owns The Landing, stated in a press release. “Shopping and dining out are an important way of connecting with one another and a part of the human experience we all truly treasure.”
