Renton fell to Cedarcrest 55-34 in the season opener Sept. 3.

The Indians trailed 27-0 before Robert Reeves got them on the board with a 12-yard touchdown rush in the second quarter. Renton then flashed it’s big play potential in the second half when Marcus Clinton returned two kickoffs for touchdowns (87 and 75 yards), while Zane Brown connected with Justin Bennett for a 63-yard touchdown reception.
