Firefighters climb for a cause

The event raises money for the The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Renton’s top finisher was Josh Brown, who completed the 788-foot, 69-flight climb in 14:44.

Ten members of the Renton Fire Department, including Justin Cox, left, participated in the 24th annual Scott Firefighter Stairclimb on March 8 at the Columbia Tower in Seattle.
