The Seattle Seahawks on Tuesday announced ticket information for the 2016 season.

Season ticket holders will begin to receive renewal information in the coming days. For 2016, season ticket prices will increase at a blended average rate of 4 percent. The Seahawks will continue to price 10 percent of all tickets at or below the average lowest ticket price in the NFL.

Season tickets in 2016 will continue to feature variable ticket pricing to reflect the value and demand for Seahawks tickets. Final pricing for each game will be finalized once the NFL schedule is released.

For the second consecutive year, the Seahawks have recaptured tickets from ticket brokers to distribute to Seahawks fans. For the 2016 season, the Seahawks will distribute 1,350 tickets to Seahawks fans through season ticket upgrades, Blue Pride wait list and single-game tickets.

The Seahawks have recaptured more than 5,300 tickets since the conclusion of the 2014 season. Blue Pride wait list members will be contacted to select seat locations following the current season ticket renewal process in April.

Fans will have two separate opportunities to purchase single-game tickets.

First, following the announcement of the NFL schedule, 2,400 single-game tickets will be sold dynamically, at prices that fluctuate based on market demands. These tickets will be sold on ticketmaster.com. Individual game tickets will continue to be sold at a higher price, offering season ticket holders the greatest value for their Seahawks game tickets.

Secondly, on July 25, the Seahawks will make more than 3,400 single-game tickets available at $66, which represents the average of the lowest ticket price in the NFL. These tickets will be available to the general public at the CenturyLink Field Box Office and made available to members of the Blue Pride wait list.

Last season, season ticket holders renewed at 99.6 percent for the second consecutive season, the highest rate in club history. The Seahawks currently have 61,500 season ticket holders. The team has 12,000 paid members on the Blue Pride waiting list and more than 58,000 fans on the Blue Pride notification list.

Seattle has reached the postseason four consecutive seasons and the Seahawks are 31-5 at home since 2012, including playoffs. Since 2003, the Seahawks have sold out 113 consecutive games, including playoffs.
