Owen John Fox Jr., 90, of Renton, died April 27, 2009 in Renton. He was born April 1, 1919 in Seattle.

Fox Jr. lived in Renton since 1993. He worked as an owner operator for a trucking company until he retired in 1982.

Survivors include his sons Owen John Fox III of Turkey and Robert Fox of Black Diamond; his daughters Patricia Loft of Des Moines, Mary Whatmore of Mount Lake Terrace, Susan Masar of Black Diamond, Kathryn Taylor of Auburn, Barbara Thorsnes of Kent and Jacqueline Wiley of Seattle; his brother James Fox; 21 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Monday, May 4 at 10 a.m. at St. Stephen the Martyr Catholic Church. Rosary will follow at 10:30 a.m. and then a service at 11 a.m.

Burial will be on May 4 at 2 p.m. at Calvary Cemetery in Seattle. Memorials should be made to American Cancer Society.
