Harvest Partners, the developer of The Landing in Renton, is offering a Community Room at The Landing for use by community groups and organizations.

There is no charge for the room, but users must pay a $50 clean-up fee.

To reserve the room, community members should visit The Landing’s Web site at www.thelandinginrenton.com and click on “Community Room.” A calendar is also available on the Web site to check availability for the room. The room is equipped with chairs and tables and can hold up to 100 people.

The room is available between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. seven days a week.

It is recommended that groups reserve the room at least one week in advance.

The Community Room is located between Panda Express and Verizon Wireless along Park Avenue North. Parking is available both on the street and in the parking lot located behind the building.
