The Renton Farmers Market is currently accepting applications for vendors to participate during the market’s 2024 season.
The Renton Farmers Market takes place in Piazza Park in Downtown Renton, located on S. 3rd Street, between Logan and Burnett Avenues S. The 2024 Renton Farmers Market will be open to the public from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. for 17 weeks, beginning June 4, and continuing every Tuesday through Sept. 24.
The market is looking for vendors including:
• Farmers who raise produce, plants or botanicals, or animals on land they own, lease or rent, in the state of Washington.
• Processors who sell foods that they have personally prepared or processed.
• Prepared food vendors who offer freshly made foods, available for sale and immediate consumption on-site.
• Artisans and crafters who create “with their own hands” the products they offer for sale, or providers of skilled craft services at the market, such as on-site knife sharpening or tool refurbishment.
The Renton Farmers Market website notes that food vendors must have a food business permit in King County.
The Renton Farmers Market does not accept vendors with commercial or imported items, secondhand items (except for vendors who take a secondhand item and recycle that item into a new use), franchises, non-owner operated businesses, and out-of-state processing businesses.
