The Landing announced plans to open six more storefronts in the coming year, and two of those are national retailers.
Dick’s Sporting Goods will fill up the former location of Joe’s, which went bankrupt and closed in April 2009.
Marshalls, a discount clothing store, is scheduled to open near the Ross clothing store.
Bringing in big names will help The Landing continue to offer stores with great selection and prices, said Bob Baker, a partner at Harvest Partners, in a press release. “We are proud to offer all of these tenants in one place.”
Coming this October, Eyes on The Landing plans to offer upscale optometry by selling couture frames such as Lafront, Persol and Ic! Berlin.
Fresh Way Pizza plans to add its name to an already long list of restaurants this November. It was voted Redmond’s Best Pizza in 2009.
It’s expected to compete with The Rock, a dine-in pizza place, by also offering pizza by the slice, delivery and take and bake.
Mucho Burrito plans to make its move from Canada by opening its made-to-order burrito shop in the spring.
Next spring will also bring Creative Mom Toys, which plans to offer books, costumes and learning materials for kids.
It’s currently an online business, but it plans to open its first brick and mortar store at The Landing.
