Two new stores have signed leases at The Landing – both recent winners of “Best of Western Washington” awards.
Regional boutiques Poggi Bonsi and c’est la Vie will open separate but connected locations across from The Landing Stadium 14 Regal Cinema. Both stores expect to open in late November to kick-off the holiday shopping season.
Each store will occupy roughly 2,800 square-feet of retail space at The Landing in north Renton.
The creative partnership will help boost sales during these challenging economic times, according to The Landing.
With two locations in Burien, Poggi Bonsi, recently named the Best Housewares store in Evening Magazine’s Best of Western Washington contest, features European imports, kitchen items and unique gifts hand-selected and imported from France and Italy.
C’est la Vie is an artisan boutique featuring contemporary jewelry, clothing and home furnishings hand-selected by co-owner Colleen Bowman. C’est la Vie was named the Best Gift Shop in Evening Magazine’s Best of Western Washington contest. Its flagship store is in Edmonds. The boutique will feature hand-crafted artisan jewelry, two- and three-dimensional art from local artists, clothing and items for the home.
The Landing is a 46-acre mixed-use development located in Renton at the base of Lake Washington just off Interstate 405. To learn more go to www.thelandinginrenton.com.
