Grossnickle knows board works for students, parents

Are you aware of the state of education in Renton schools? Do you care? Or do you just think, “Well that’s someone else’s business. Even if I bothered to care, I don’t have the time and, if I did, what could I do?”

Well, there is something you can do. There’s a school board election coming with real live candidates who hope that you’ll care enough to vote for them.

Now, if you’re happy with what’s been happening in Renton schools lately, then by all means skip the election and save 44 cents.

If, however, you’d like to see some improvement, then vote for Dr. Jim Grossnickle, a candidate who believes that the Renton school board needs to be more responsive to the needs of Renton students and parents, and to the aspirations of Renton teachers and district staff.

Jim is fully aware of who a school board should work for. Unfortunately, that may not be who the board is working for today – which might explain how we got where we are.
