To the editor:

We would like to encourage all of your readers to vote for Fred Jarrett for King County executive. Fred is the right person at the right time, he has the ability to work with all facets of the community and bring us all together for the good of everyone in King County. He will make the hard decisions in these tough economic times, some of which will be unpopular with those who have their pet projects. However, he has this unique ability to draw the best out of a bad situation, with the best interest of the future in mind.

Fred is truly a nonpartisan candidate and will represent all the citizens of King County no matter what their political beliefs. He has shown this on numerous occasions as a state legislator, supporting and voting for the issue because it was the right thing to do for the community. Sometimes we have disagreed with him, but he has always been willing to listen and then explain his reasoning and logic behind his decision. He is willing after listening to reconsider his position. Fred is the person we need to bring solutions to the King County budget.
