PORK LOIN CHEF: Alyssa Paredes

I moved to the Renton area from El Paso, Texas, two years ago. I’ve always had a passion for great cooking; and after I found out that Renton Technical College had a great Culinary Arts program, I pretty much jumped for the opportunity. This is my second quarter and I love it. My goals after graduation are to become a certified culinarian from the American Culinary Federation and, long-term, own my own restaurant.
