Renton High School’s class of 1957 is celebrating its 60th reunion dinner at 7 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 26 at Emerald Downs.

The reunion is a three-day event that begins on Friday, Aug. 25. The first gathering will be to play golf, likely at Maplewood Golf Course, 4050 Maple Valley Highway on Friday, Aug. 25. Following the golf matches will be a casual gathering beginning at 5 p.m. at La Hacienda, 811 S 3rd St, Renton.

Saturday is the dinner at Emerald Downs, 2300 Ron Crockett Dr, Auburn.

The dinner costs $50 per person. Payments can be sent to Roberta (Delaurenti) Logue at P.O. Box 58893, Renton, WA, 98057. The payments must be sent in by Aug. 12. No payments can be accepted at the door. For more information about dinner payments, contact Roberta Logue at 425-226-2834.

Sunday, Aug. 27, will be a day at the horse races at Emerald Downs. There will be race dedicated to the Renton High School class of 1957.

The $50 dinner payment includes general admission to Emerald Downs on Sunday, an official program and a tip sheet.
