Imagine a senior living community constructed in a cozy Old World style, with all the modern touches and amenities to suit your lifestyle.
Family-owned-and-operated Weatherly Inn is excited to announce that their family is growing, with their newest senior living community opening soon in Renton.
The new community is their third in South Puget Sound, and offers state-of-the-art care for all seniors, perfectly complemented with luxurious and refreshing amenities like fireside lounging, open outdoor spaces, and a den and library.
“We hope that the residents will use all of the spaces that are available outside their apartments,” says Weatherly Inn Director of Marketing Alex Lynn. “These spaces are designed to invite residents to come together and socialize.”
The 150,000-square-foot community will include more than 150 apartments offering different levels of care. Choose from independent living, assisted living, memory care, and day and respite care, with adjusting levels of care as your needs change.
“We want to provide a place where not only are all levels of care needs met, but where our residents are engaged and even challenged by giving them the opportunity to take part in activities like hikes and going to the farmers market,” Lynn says.
Owned and operated by the Bunn family, Weatherly Inn is know for its uniquely designed communities informed by the company’s three generations of senior living development, management and principles that create memorable places for seniors to live.
“We’re excited about this project – it’s our best work yet,” says President and CEO Alex Bunn. “We are putting together a team of professionals to carry out our values in Renton, making an uncommonly beautiful senior living community where it feels like home and you’re surrounded by friends.”
Since opening their first community in 1989 in Tacoma, Weatherly Inn has operated under the motto of ‘Where it’s home and you’re family’ – a sentiment that stems from their belief that quality senior living does not need to sacrifice style, comfort or dignity.
Our mother has been a resident of a Weatherly Inn community for two years. We feel truly blessed to know she is living in a caring, high-quality, beautiful environment. It is a credit to your dedicated staff. We sincerely appreciate all that is done to enhance our mother’s quality of life. – Sue P.
