About $300,000 raised for Renton-based KCSARC at breakfast

Money is still coming in, but so far proceeds are about $300,000 from King County Sexual Assault Resource Center’s 20th anniversary “Kids are Our Business” breakfast, in Seattle Feb. 24.

More than 800 people attended the breakfast to benefit the regional nonprofit agency based in Renton.

“People definitely want to help. I’m very pleased with how it went,” said KSARC Executive Director Mary Ellen Stone.

Donations are still being accepted. To donate, or for more information, visit kcsarc.org or call Lawrie Elliott at KCSARC at 425.282.0331.
