Asphalt spills from truck on Carr Road

Chunks of asphalt spilled from a truck Friday morning on Carr Road, causing a lane closure and a cleanup.

City of Renton public works workers helped clean up chunks of ashalt Friday morning that spilled from a Lakeridge Paving Co. truck at the intersection of Carr Road and 108th Avenue Southeast. The right lane of eastbound Carr Road was closed for a time. Lakeridge provided the heavy equipment.
