With Warren are his brother Bill, mother Jean, wife Velma, Mayor Denis Law and Auburn City Attorney Dan Heid, who presented the award, and the Renton City Council.
In a two-day operation in September, police arrested seven men looking to purchase sex from minors, including a former Seattle School District Vice Principal.
The state recommends a sentence of 114 months.
