The City of Renton will host a community meeting Saturday for the residents of the condominium complex that was heavily damaged in a three-alarm fire Sunday on the Maple Valley Highway.

The meeting is designed to provide information on the fire investigation process, how to request copies of the reports through public disclosure, and general questions and answers.

The community meeting starts at 10 a.m. at the New Life Church, 15711 152nd Ave. S.E., Renton.

The fire at the Riverview Condominiums, which caused an estimated $1.3 million damage, destroyed eight units in the complex, displacing about a dozen residents. The American Red Cross responded to assist the residents.
