A number of traffic impacts for the city of Renton are listed on the city’s website.

Many of these impacts began July 17 and will continue until a later date. The city noted on its website that all projects are weather permitting.

The following are some of the listed traffic impacts to the city:

• South Second and Main Avenue South: lane closures will continue through Sunday, July 23.
• Harrington Avenue NE and Glenwood Avenue Northeast: this full road closure on Harrington between Sunset Lane Northeast and Harrington Avenue Northeast will last until Friday, Sept. 29. Harrington Avenue from Northeast 10th Street and Sunset Lane Northeast will also be closed during this time.
• Park Avenue North, Garden Avenue North, North Third Street and North Fourth Street: construction traffic will take place from 8:30 a.m. until 4:45 p.m. now until August 2018. This is due to the construction at Sartori Elementary School.
• South 14th Street: utility construction will close South 14 Street from Smithers Avenue South through Davis Avenue South through July 23.
• Maple Valley Highway Project: the repaving and installing of sidewalk upgrades along state Route 169 will be taking place now until Oct. 6. The work will be done between 140th Avenue Southeast and Blaine Drive Vic. The work will occur both in the daytime and overnight.

Daytime closures will see either one lane closed westbound or eastbound and nighttime closures can see two lane closures either direction.

Interstate 405 and SR 167 ramp closures were scheduled through today, July 21. Similar closures will begin again Monday, July 24 and run through July 28.

Three southbound SR 167 lanes will be closed from 11 p.m. until 4:30 a.m. and two northbound lanes will also be closed.

Ramp closures for northbound SR 167 to northbound I-405, southbound SR 167, southbound I-405 off ramp and the South 180th Street to northbound SR 167 will take place from 10 p.m. until 4:30 a.m.

There are also other city street closures scheduled for next week beginning Monday, July 24.

Those include the following:

• One northbound lane of Talbot Road South will be closed between the northbound I-405 ramp to the southbound ramp from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. July 24 through July 28
• One lane on northbound East Valley Road between Southwest 19th Street and Lind Avenue Southwest from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. July 24 until July 28
• Starting Wednesday, July 26 until July 28 Talbot Road South between the northbound I-405 ramp to the southbound ramp will see a full closure from 10 p.m. until 4:30 a.m. Detours will be available for both northbound and southbound Talbot Road South directions.
