Ed Prince leads over Marvin Rosete in race for Renton City Council Position No. 5

The November 2023 elections are underway, and early voting counts are showing Ed Prince with a lead over Marvin Rosete in the race for Renton City Council Position No. 5.

With 15,511 votes counted (26.26% of registered voters), here are the results:

Ed Prince (incumbent) has 58.48 percent of the votes (8,650 total)

Marvin Rosete has 41.15 percent of the votes (6,087 total)

Votes are still being counted with counts being reported on a daily basis.
