The First Presbyterian Church of Renton will hold its annual Family Resource Fair Aug. 2 to bring together community members and community organizations.

The fair is 1-5 p.m. at the church, 2640 Benson Road S.

The day will include fun events, including blow-up toys, games, free hot dogs, bingo, prizes and drawings.

Attending organizations include Samaritan Counseling, Agape Counseling, Merrill Gardens, Edward Jones, Renton Parks and Recreation Department, Alcoholics and Gamblers Anonymous, Renton Technical College (job training) Mogren, Glessner and Roti law firm, scouting for boys and girls, The Village Chapel Food and Clothing Bank, DAWN and a new church preschool.

Also, the church will host a book signing by Peter Waugh, author of the “The Great Cannon Beach Mouse Caper.”
