A family returning from vacation discovered their house sitter deceased inside their home.

Just before midnight, the family returned to their Rolling Hills neighborhood home after failing to reach their house sitter, who was to have picked them up at the airport.

The 21-year-old female victim was found dead of an apparent gunshot wound.

A suspect has been arrested and is also connected to a King County homicide that occurred earlier in the day.
