February marks National Heart Health Month and Iora Primary Care’s Renton practice is highlighting the importance of heart-healthy eating choices and exercise for older adults by hosting a Valentine’s Day event dedicated to heart health. This free, educational event will also provide a forum for attendees to socialize with community members and build relationships.

The event is from 10 a.m. to noon, Feb. 21 at 64 Rainier Ave. S.
