A man was shot in the hip area at about 11 p.m. Thursday during a carjacking on West Hill at South 117th Street and 85th Avenue South, according to the King County Sheriff’s Office.
Three men were in a blue 2003 Kia Optima, when a man in his 20s wearing all dark clothing carjacked the car and fled in it, according to Sgt. Cindi West, a spokeswoman for the King County Sheriff’s Office.
The shooting victim was reported in good condition.
The investigation is continuing.
