Merrill Gardens will host a Fallen Officer Fundraiser today (Wednesday) to raise donations for the families of five Western Washington police officers shot to death recently.

The family style pasta dinner is 11:30 a.m.-7 p.m. at Merrill Gardens at Renton Centre, 104 Burnett Ave. S.

The dinner is available for a minimum $10 donation. All proceeds will go to the officers’ families

A Lakewood Police sergeant and three Lakewood officers were shot to death on Nov. 29. A Seattle Police officer, Timothy Brenton, was shot to death Oct. 31.
