MLK Jr. Baptist Church in Renton collecting food Friday

The Margie Williams Helping Hands Center in Renton is collecting food to help their hungry neighbors in the community.

 

The Margie Williams Helping Hands Center in Renton is collecting food to help their hungry neighbors in the community.

They are asking members of the community to support the food drive by bringing non-perishable food items to their drop off location. Grocery store gift cards are also welcome donations as well as cash.

The drive is noon to 6 p.m., Friday, Nov. 18, in the  Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Baptist Church parking lot,  4519 N.E. 10th St. in Renton.

canned meat and tuna

rice

canned vegetables

baby food

soups

pasta

pasta sauce

cereals, hot and cold

peanut butter and jelly

beans

canned fruit
