The Renton Police Department will hold a community notification meeting on Dec. 18 on nine Level 3 sex offenders who live in the city.
The meeting is at 3 p.m. at the seventh-floor chambers of the Renton City Council at City Hall, 1055 S. Grady Way.
A Level 3 sex offender has the highest probability of reoffending. According to Renton Police, the men have served prison time and are now being supervised and must report where they are living.
The meetings are designed to make neighborhoods aware of their presence. Their classification level was established by the city starting in May.

Brandon Lamar Brown, 11700 block of Southeast 160th Street. 6-foot, 170 pounds, convicted in King County in 1999 and 2007 for fourth-degree assault with sexual motivation and unlawful imprisonment with sexual motivation. The charge in 1999 involved a 15-year-old girl he didn’t know; the 2007 charge involved a 12-year-old he knew.
Floyd Richard Charlie, 11900 block of Southeast 175th Street, 5-foot-10, 208 pounds. Convicted in 2002 in King County of first-degree child molestation involving a 22-month-old girl he knew.
Paul Brian Cichocki, 300 block of Southwest Sunset Boulevard, 6-foot-2, 240 pounds. Convicted in 2000 in Kitsap County of first-degree child molestation involving an 8-year-old girl over a 10-month period. He knew the girl.
Keith Raymond Geyman, homeless (Maple Valley Highway and Interstate 405 area), 5-foot-9, 168 pounds. Convicted in 1985 in Missoula, Mont. of deviate sexual conduct involving a 9-year-old boy he knew. According to the Police Department, Geyman scored as a Level 2 offender; however, he was scored as a Level 3 offender because his homeless status indicates a higher potential to reoffend.
Tony Jay Gross, 300 block of Lind Avenue Southwest, 5-foot-6, 184 pounds. Convicted in 1995 in King County of first-degree rape of child involving a 4-year-old girl he knew. The behavior, according to police, occurred over three years.
Michael Leonard Johnson, 300 block of Lind Avenue Southwest, 6-foot, 280 pounds. Convicted in 1989 at age 12 in Pierce County of indecent liberties involving boys and girls of a similar age or younger.
Kelby James Renkert, 11000 block of Southeast 176th Street, 5-foot-11, 180 pounds. Convicted in 2000 and 2002 in King County of first-degree rape of a child and fourth-degree assault with sexual motivation involving a 10-year-old girl he knew and a 13-year-old girl he knew. He was 13 at the time.
Joe Edward Sellers, 60, 300 block of Lind Avenue Southwest, 6-foot-2, 264 pounds. Convicted in 1988 in King County of first-degree statutory rape, second-degree statutory rape and third-degree rape.
Oscar Charles Stevens, 51, 1000 block of Tacoma Avenue Northeast, 5-foot-8, 180 pounds. Convicted in 1992 in King County of second-degree rape and third-degree rape involving an 18-year-old woman he had just met.
