The second-to-last Pop-Up Piazza event of the year is scheduled for Wednesday at the Piazza.
The Pop-Up Piazza Wine and Jazz event brings food trucks, music, wine tasting, pop-up shops and beer and wine garden to downtown on Sept. 2 from 5-7 p.m.
Featured activities include:
• Food Trucks including Jemil’s Big Easy and The Grilled Cheese Experience;
• Cool jazz from E.B.B. (“Even Better Band”), which features timeless tunes by John Coltrane, Miles Davis, Duke Ellington and many other jazz greats;
• Wine tasting from Renton’s own award-winning winery Cedar River Cellars;
• Pop-Up shops including Dolcetta Artisan Sweets, Print Ritual and Clay by Bruce; and
• A beer and wine garden to benefit the Renton Chamber of Commerce.
The event is family friendly and free parking is provided during the event at the City Center Parking Garage. Enter the garage on S. 2nd Street, north of Piazza Park.
