Primary election day is upon us and all ballots must be either postmarked by today or dropped off in an election drop box by 8 p.m. tonight.
There are no Renton-specific races on today’s ballot, although voters will narrow to two those candidates running for King County executive and for King County Council District 9, which includes part of Renton.
Election drop boxes are available at Elections Headquarters, 919 S.W. Grady Way, Renton, at Bellevue City Hall, 450 110th Ave. N.E., Bellevue and at Seattle Union Station, 401 South Jackson, Seattle.
All three sites will have drop boxes available until 8 p.m.
As of Monday, 199,877 ballots had been returned so far to be counted.
For last minute voters, voters’ pamphlets are available online at www.kingcounty.gov/elections, at Seattle and King County libraries, and at the Elections office.
