The Renton City Council will receive a briefing Monday (March 14) on the Quendall Terminals mixed-use project on Lake Washington.
The council will meet as the Committee of the Whole at 5 p.m. in its seventh floor chambers in City Hall. The briefing was postponed from Feb. 28.
The briefing is intended to bring the City Council “up to speed” on the Quendall project and where the city stands in the review process, said Jennifer Henning, a Renton planning manager.
The proposed project has received more than 70 letters from community members and public agencies, which contain about 500 comments about the impacts of the project, Henning said.
