Renton home prices were up almost 14 percent in March, according to data by Redfin, a real estate company.

The company recently published their “Real-Time Home Price Tracker,” which reports local home prices, sales volume and inventory for March.

They also found that the median home price in Renton was $323,000, sales were down 17.5 percent, with 141 homes sold and spent a median of 19 days on the market.
