The Renton Meal Coalition is in desperate need of support for The Area of Renton Interfaith Shelter Endeavor program (ARISE) and may not be able to provide for their resident for more than a few weeks.
ARISE provides emergency overnight shelter to 25 homeless men nightly on a monthly rotation at Renton area churches. It serves the men a hot breakfast, a sack lunch and an evening snack.
At this time, however, food and money to purchase food is running extremely low and the group fears it will be unable to provide for the men beyond another two-week period.
According to press release, it costs $10 per week to serve one homeless man or $250 a week to serve all 25 program participants. The group urgently needs food and or money donations.

• Individual mayo packets
• Individual mustard packets
• Granola bars
• Assorted lunch size chip packets
• Individually wrapped snacks
• Fruit
• Napkins
• Sandwich bags
• Breakfast cereals
• Breakfast pastries
• Coffee
• Tea
• Powdered Creamer
• Sugar
